		<description>Always glad to help out a fellow sushi lover!  Soy sauce contains so much sodium, try sprinkling a little kosher salt on sushi to wean yourself away from the soy.  Let the buttery salmon fill your mouth rather than the soy flavor and I bet you&#039;ll cultivate a newfound taste for the fish.</description>

		<description>I agree Sushi has to be Sushi! Even California rolls should be real crab. I do however love soy sauce and have to really try to refrain from drowning the sushi in it. Never thought of cilantro will try it thank you for the tips!</description>
