I was amazed as it's freezability, and never imagined that I would have any reason to make ketchup, of all things. But the prevalence of sugar everywhere demands it. I don't know if I would cook any for myself during this time of year (I get swamped with work & don't cook much in winter) but it certainly sounds like one to try when things slow down.
