		<description>Good idea.  I like rice noodles because they&#039;re not wheat, and also use mung bean noodles.  They heat in no time flat and you can buy them in convenient single-serving portions.  No reason not to mix cultures, rice noodles subbing for any sort of pasta dish, even layering like lasagna.  Ooo, maybe I&#039;ll try that!</description>

		<description>Stir Fry is my favorite quick meal!  I use the Vietnamese rice noodles instead of rice, because you can stir fry them right in the pan (just soak them in water before you put them in).  I&#039;ve even been known to stir fry the vegetables and then turn it into an Italian dish with the addition of marinara sauce instead of soy!  Either way, you are right.  Wok rocks.  Say that five times without stumbling, eh?
