As customer service becomes a thing of the past maybe brand loyalty will diminish, making companies less responsive. Bothers me the most when they don't feel that clarity (honesty?) in product labeling is important. Reminds me of Lily Tomlin's caustic tag line uttered by Ernestine, "We don't care. We don't have to. We're The Phone Company." Thanks for visiting and leaving a comment. I guess it all depends upon how much we need the information. I just had a similar situation with a Big Vehicle Manufacturer. I contacted them "Been all over your website, including the financial info section, and can't find an answer to my question". They responded after a week with a link to the financial info section. I gave up.
