I hope the Rx helps you to get over the pain in your tenderloins. Take it easy for a few days; don't push it. The body needs rest & the nourishment of doing nothing (even thinking) for a little while. My chiropractor says that squash promotes healing. And, every mother's favorite home remedy, chicken soup. I've posted mine, thank goodness I am a day head give me hope of hitting deadlines. Just learnt/taught myself blog scheduling this week so will get that under way. Happy to share in next chat. if needed. I don't know about Daniel so I will go visit him. Fuzzy brain and all. Will be fairly low key a couple of days as I have and get over the injection.
