- Just about any fresh fruit, cut up & taken to school or work in an air-tight container.
- Freeze blueberries or grapes to keep fruit cool until you arrive.
- Have with cream or over plain yogurt.
SANDWICH
- Peanut Butter, banana & wheat germ on whole grain or rice cakes.
- Leftover French Toast, made with whole grain bread
