CEREAL Eat as a dry snack or in a bowl with milk

  • Granola

FRUIT

  • Just about any fresh fruit, cut up & taken to school or work in an air-tight container.
  • Freeze blueberries or grapes to keep fruit cool until you arrive.
  • Have with cream or over plain yogurt.

SANDWICH

  • Peanut Butter, banana & wheat germ on whole grain or rice cakes.
  • Leftover French Toast, made with whole grain bread
