3 MEALS A DAY TOWARDS HEALTH
When beginning to limit eating to 3 meals a day, record all of the things that you wanted to snack on each day but didn’t.Â It can be rewarding to look back to see what snacks you were successful in avoiding.
Plan your meals for the day so you have a clear understanding of your expectations.Â Any of the menus provided in this site can serve as the basis of your meals, and it will help the process along if you prepare those meals yourself, rather than to buy take-out, prepared or packaged foods.
Reflect upon whether or not knowing that you made a commitment to eat 3 meals a day was helpful in avoiding snack foods.
