NEW FOOD
RELATED POST APRIL 6th:Â PLAY BALL!
Picky eaters are problematic, but not if you’re open-minded. Go to the grocery or the green market and look for a new fruit or vegetable that you’ve not tried before. Take it home and look up a preparation – raw or cooked – and prepare it with enthusiasm.
Cooking is experimentation, even adventure. Making the same things over and over, while convenient and predictable, gets old after a while. If you develop a sense of adventure, you’re ahead of the game. You’ll eat a more varied diet and have fun in the process. Maybe even have some stories to tell coworkers at the water cooler.
