Sucanat, stevia or organic agave
100% cocoa
Heavy cream
Cinnamon or nutmeg

  1. Make coffee.
  2. Combine other ingredients & add to coffee.

C O O K  /  P R E P A R E

INGREDIENTS
2 c strong coffee
1 TBSP sucanat, 1  1/2 TSP organic agave OR 1 TSP stevia
1 TBSP 100% cocoa
OPTIONAL:  2 TBSP heavy cream
OPTIONAL: Sprinkling of cinnamon or nutmeg (or grate whole nutmeg or cinnamon stick)
OPTIONAL:  Ice

COOKING/PREPARATION

  1. Make coffee using filtered water, by whatever method you prefer.
  2. Combine other ingredients in a shaker & shake until cocoa is thoroughly blended; add to coffee.
  3. Pour over ice.

S E R V E

Serve in a china cup w/the morning newspaper:  news, style or crossword puzzle.
