- Make coffee.
- Combine other ingredients & add to coffee.

INGREDIENTS
2 c strong coffee
1 TBSP sucanat, 1Â 1/2 TSP organic agave OR 1 TSP stevia
1 TBSP 100% cocoa
OPTIONAL:Â 2 TBSP heavy cream
OPTIONAL: Sprinkling of cinnamon or nutmeg (or grate whole nutmeg or cinnamon stick)
OPTIONAL:Â Ice
COOKING/PREPARATION
- Make coffee using filtered water, by whatever method you prefer.
- Combine other ingredients in a shaker & shake until cocoa is thoroughly blended; add to coffee.
- Pour over ice.
