Chicken, whole or parts
Juice of 1 lemon
1 TBSP butter
- Squeeze juice of lemon over chicken, sprinkle with herbs.
- Roast chicken, whole or parts, in the oven OR
- Cooked skinned breasts in a covered skillet, poaching gently until done (time will depend upon size of breast.)
- Swirl butter in pan juices.
S E R V E
Spoon pan juices over rice or potato.Â Serve w/vegetable like steamed carrots or broccoli.
