C O O K  /  P R E P A R E

INGREDIENTS
Chicken, whole or parts
Juice of 1 lemon
1 TBSP butter

COOKING/PREPARATION

  1. Squeeze juice of lemon over chicken, sprinkle with herbs.
  2. Roast chicken, whole or parts, in the oven OR
  3. Cooked skinned breasts in a covered skillet, poaching gently until done (time will depend upon size of breast.)
  4. Swirl butter in pan juices.

S E R V E

Spoon pan juices over rice or potato.  Serve w/vegetable like steamed carrots or broccoli.
