GREEK YOGURT: At least 30 min
PREP TIME: 2 min.
REFRIGERATION TIME: 3 hrs, min; overnight is better
- ADVANCEÂ Make Greek yogurt.
- Mix dip.
- Refrigerate.

INGREDIENTS
1 c plain yogurt, Greek style yogurt will make a stiffer dip
1 1/2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp thyme, optional
Few sprigs of parsley
PREPARATION
- Make Greek yogurt
- Combine ingredients.
- Refrigerate.
S E R V E
- Stir well and place in bowl on platter, surrounded by potato chips or crudites.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
