GREEK YOGURT:
At least 30 min
PREP TIME
: 2 min.
REFRIGERATION TIME: 3 hrs, min; overnight is better

  1. ADVANCE  Make Greek yogurt.
  2. Mix dip.
  3. Refrigerate.

INGREDIENTS
1 c plain yogurt, Greek style yogurt will make a stiffer dip
1 1/2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp thyme, optional
Few sprigs of parsley

PREPARATION

  1. Make Greek yogurt
  2. Combine ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate.

S E R V E

  1. Stir well and place in bowl on platter, surrounded by potato chips or crudites.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley.
