MAKES 1 c
GREEK YOGURT: Drain for at least 30 min
PREP TIME: 5 min
REFRIGERATION TIME: 3 hrs, min; overnight is better
- ADVANCE Make Greek yogurt.
- Mix.
- Refrigerate.

INGREDIENTS
1 c plain yogurt, Greek style will make a stiffer, richer dip
1 clove garlic, minced
2 green onions
1 tsp thyme
Dash kosher salt
Few sprigs of parsley
VARIATION:Â Add 2 TBSP Roquefort or bleu cheese, crumbled
PREPARATION
- Combine ingredients together.
- Refrigerate.
S E R V E
- Stir well and place in bowl on platter, surrounded by potato chips.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
