Parsley, for garnish

MAKES 1 c
GREEK YOGURT:
Drain for at least 30 min
PREP TIME
: 5 min
REFRIGERATION TIME: 3 hrs, min; overnight is better

  1. ADVANCE Make Greek yogurt.
  2. Mix.
  3. Refrigerate.

C O O K  /  P R E P A R E

INGREDIENTS
1 c plain yogurt, Greek style will make a stiffer, richer dip
1 clove garlic, minced
2 green onions
1 tsp thyme
Dash kosher salt
Few sprigs of parsley
VARIATION:  Add 2 TBSP Roquefort or bleu cheese, crumbled

PREPARATION

  1. Combine ingredients together.
  2. Refrigerate.

S E R V E

  1. Stir well and place in bowl on platter, surrounded by potato chips.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley.
