PREPARATION TIME: 10 min
REFRIGERATION TIME: 1 hr

C O O K  /  P R E P A R E

INGREDIENTS
1/2 c butter
1/2 c Greek yogurt
2 tsp capers
3 anchovies, chopped
1  1/2  tsp Dijon mustard
1  1/2 tsp caraway seed, crushed w/mortar & pestle
1 1/2 tsp paprika

PREPARATION

  1. Cream butter, add yogurt & mix well.
  2. Add remaining ingredients & mix well.
  3. Chill.

S E R V E

  1. Whip until fluffy & put into bowl.
  2. OR put into lightly greased mold prior to chilling, chill & invert.
  3. Garnish with capers & serve with robust whole wheat crackers or pumpernickel mini-bread slices.
