C O O K  /  P R E P A R E

INGREDIENTS
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 sweet bell pepper:  red, yellow or green
Handful cilantro leaves, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Dash kosher or sea salt
1/4 tsp tumeric
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 green chili pepper, chopped OR hot sauce OR cayenne pepper
OPTIONAL  1/4 c corn cut fresh from the cob

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Add spices to taste.

S E R V E

Serve with crudités and corn chips, as an appetizer or while putting dinner together.
