INGREDIENTS
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 sweet bell pepper:Â red, yellow or green
Handful cilantro leaves, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Dash kosher or sea salt
1/4 tsp tumeric
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 green chili pepper, chopped OR hot sauce OR cayenne pepper
OPTIONALÂ 1/4 c corn cut fresh from the cob
PREPARATION
- Combine all ingredients.
- Add spices to taste.

Serve with crudités and corn chips, as an appetizer or while putting dinner together.
