SERVES 1:
PREPARATION TIME:Â 30 min
- Saute onion, garlic & mushrooms.
- Stir-fry beef.
- Add broth; thicken.
- Stir in yogurt.

INGREDIENTS
1 TBSP butter
1 small onion, polar sliced
4 white or brown mushrooms, sliced OR handful of small cinnamon cap mushrooms, whole
1 clove garlic
1 TBSP olive oil
1/4 lb steak, cut into strips
Dash sea salt
Dash thyme
Dash basil
Combine:
1/2 c beef or vegetable broth or stock
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 c Greek yogurt
COOKING/PREPARATION
- In a large skillet or wok, melt butter over med heat; saute onion until browned; lightly sauté mushrooms & garlic; remove.
- Heat oil over high heat; stir-fry beef w/spices.
- Add mushrooms & garlic to pan; add cornstarch dissolved in stock, Worcestershire sauce heat until thickened. Off heat.
- Stir in yogurt.
S E R V E
Serve over bean thread, rice or egg noodles along with a tossed salad.
