INGREDIENTS
1/2 TBSP butter
1 winter squash
Dash nutmeg
COOKING/PREPARATION
- Cut squash in polar half, scoop out seeds.
- Place cut side down in baking dish.
- Bake until flesh is soft (skin remains hard).

Scoop flesh out of the shell; add butter & nutmeg. Good along with almost any meat or fish dish.
