P R E P A R E
- 2 carrots. cut into sticks
- 4 stalks celery, from the center of the celery cut in half
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced 1/4″ thick
- Stalk of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 Sweet red bell pepper, sliced into large slivers
- Few mushrooms, cut into quarters
P R E P A R A T I O N
- Open hummus & put in center of plate.
- Arrange crudités around hummus.
- Enjoy while preparing the rest of a meal, relaxing with a cocktail before dinner, or for a snack anytime.

Buy a container of hummus and take to work. Cut up vegetables & store in air-tight container in refrigerator. For a great lunch in any season, simply open the hummus & dip in the vegetables. Couldn’t be easier.
