INGREDIENTS

  • 2 carrots. cut into sticks
  • 4 stalks celery, from the center of the celery cut in half
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced 1/4″ thick
  • Stalk of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/2 Sweet red bell pepper, sliced into large slivers
  • Few mushrooms, cut into quarters

P R E P A R A T I O N

  1. Open hummus & put in center of plate.
  2. Arrange crudités around hummus.
  3. Enjoy while preparing the rest of a meal, relaxing with a cocktail before dinner, or for a snack anytime.

W O R K P L A C E   L U N C H

Buy a container of hummus and take to work.  Cut up vegetables & store in air-tight container in refrigerator.  For a great lunch in any season, simply open the hummus & dip in the vegetables.  Couldn’t be easier.
