- Saute garlic.
- Add okra, cook, add tomatoes, heat.

2 TBSP olive oil
2 cloves garlic
3/4 – 1 lb okra, whole with stem ends cut off
2 tomatoes, quartered
Pinch kosher or sea salt
- Saute garlic in olive oil.
- Add okra, a little filtered water, cover & cook over low heat until tender, about 5 – 10 min. ¬†The smaller the pods, the quicker they cook.
- Add tomatoes & salt; cover & simmer until hot.
S E R V E
Serve as an accompaniment to any main dish.
