INGREDIENTS
1/2 TBSP Sesame oil
6-8 Brussels sprouts, slice to rough shreds
Tiny dash of sea salt

PREPARATION

  1. Heat oil in skillet (not cast iron) to medium heat.
  2. Add sprouts, sauté stirring occasionally until tender but still crisp.

S E R V E

Toss with a touch of sea salt; serve immediately.
