1/2 TBSP Sesame oil
6-8 Brussels sprouts, slice to rough shreds
Tiny dash of sea salt
PREPARATION
- Heat oil in skillet (not cast iron) to medium heat.
- Add sprouts, sauté stirring occasionally until tender but still crisp.
S E R V E
Toss with a touch of sea salt; serve immediately.
