1 Tsp sesame oil
Cauliflower florets, as much as you like

COOKING/PREPARATION

  1. Heat oil in small skillet.
  2. SautĂ© lightly.  The longer you cook cauliflower, the more the flavor will develop.

Serve with taratoor.

Sure, go ahead and take cauliflower to work. Cooked will retain a little of the sesame flavor, & you may not like it cold.  But raw cauliflower & taratoor is a great snacky kind of lunch.
