INGREDIENTS
1/2 lb spinach
1/2 tsp butter
Dash nutmeg

COOKING

    1. Put spinach in pot w/just the water that clings to the leaves after washing.  Over medium heat, cover & steam.
    2. Stir spinach, cook for 1 min or less until spinach is hot, just kissed by the heat.  Most water will evaporate.  If needed, drain in colander.

      S E R V E

      Toss w/butter & plate.  Add nutmeg.  Serve immediately.
