COOKING TIME
: 20 min, depending upon how thin fries are sliced

  1. Cut.
  2. Coat.
  3. Bake.

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil
1 med yam or sweet potato, cut into small julienne strips

COOKING/PREPARATION

  1. Put a bit of olive oil into a covered bowl or dish; swirl around to coat the bottom.
  2. Put the cut potato strips into the bowl, cover and shake to oil the potatoes.
  3. Add salt, cover and shake again to distribute the salt.
  4. Arrange potato strips on greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake in a hot oven.

S E R V E

Serve as is. Great accompaniment to grilled meats or fish.
