Cooking since the age of ten, accumulated half a lifetime of experience in American, French, Chinese & Middle Eastern cooking. Also catered private parties for a few years before outgrowing my home kitchen. Decided to move on to writing & other adventures. Living in New York City for the past ten years. Still passionate about humans’ one essential shared element: food. Encouraging humans everywhere to practice the art of feeding themselves.
